Privacy Policy

Last updated 7 August 2026

This policy covers the manager.cloud website and the cloud servers we run for customers. It separates two things: information about you as a customer, and the accounting data you keep inside your cloud server, which we treat as yours and look at only in the narrow cases described below.

What we collect

What we use it for

To create and run your cloud server, sign you in, take payment, send you account and service emails, answer your support requests, keep the service secure and working, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell or rent your information, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't use your accounting data to train anything.

Who we share it with

Only the providers we need to run the service:

Beyond that, we disclose information only where the law requires it.

Where it is stored

Your cloud server and its data live in the region you chose when you signed up — N. Virginia, Ireland, Frankfurt, Singapore, Sydney or Cape Town — and stay there. Your sign-in account, the record of which server belongs to which region, and your billing records are held in the United States by AWS and Stripe.

Your accounting data

We don't browse the contents of your cloud server. We access it only where it is needed to keep the service running, to help with a support request you have made, or where the law requires it. You can download all of your data at any time.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and there are no third-party trackers on this site. When you sign in, your session token is stored in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in; clearing your browser data signs you out. Our servers keep ordinary access logs.

Emails

We send account and service emails — email verification, trial and billing notices, security alerts and replies to your support requests. We don't send marketing email.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and cloud server data while your account is active. When a subscription ends, the cloud server is stopped and its data may be deleted — we don't commit to keeping it for any particular length of time, so download your data before you cancel. Deleting a cloud server in the customer portal removes it and its data straight away. Billing and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can view and change your account and billing details, download your data, and delete your cloud server from the customer portal. To ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email support@manager.cloud.

Security

Traffic to the site and to your cloud server is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, two-factor authentication is available, backups run automatically, and access to production systems is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and turn on two-factor authentication.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page with the date it was last updated.
